Lucid Trading on-demand payouts went live on Sunday, 18 October 2026: funded accounts bought with the daily loss limit (DLL) on can now request a payout during the trading session, as soon as the dashboard shows every objective met, instead of waiting for the session to close. LucidDaily accounts can request more than once per session, and the change also applies to DLL On accounts traders already hold.
Rules and prices checked on Lucid Trading's official site, help centre and X account on 19 October 2026.
Key takeaways
- Lucid calls the feature Right Now Money: DLL On accounts on LucidPro, LucidFlex and LucidDaily, plus LucidDirect 50K, 100K and 150K, can request payouts mid-session from that session's profit.
- Accounts with the DLL off, and the 25K LucidDirect (which has no DLL), keep the regular end-of-day payout schedule.
- Payout rules haven't changed: the $500 minimum, the buffer, consistency and profit goals all still apply, and approved payouts still reach you within 2 business days.
- LucidFlex and LucidDaily evaluations now come with a 40% consistency rule as standard; the old 50% rule is a paid add-on.
- DLL On accounts are 40% off list until 23 October 2026 at 5 PM ET. A 50K LucidFlex with the DLL on costs $69 instead of $115.

What are Lucid Trading's on-demand payouts?

A payout request no longer has to wait for the session to close.
On-demand payouts let a funded Lucid trader request a payout the moment the dashboard shows all payout objectives complete, during the same session. Before the change, a payout request waited for the end-of-day update after the session closed. Lucid's dashboard already updates objectives in real time (within 5 to 30 minutes of your last closed trade, per its help centre), so the request can now follow the dashboard instead of the clock.
Lucid's help centre words it this way: keep the Daily Loss Limit on and your funded account "can request payouts during the trading session, from profit made that session (6:00 PM to 3:45 PM ET)." With the DLL off, "payouts follow the regular end-of-day schedule."
Why only accounts with a daily loss limit?
Lucid's CEO explained the trade-off in the firm's Discord announcement on 17 October. The obstacle to real-time payouts was fraud: hedging and group trading between accounts, which a shorter gap between payout requests makes harder to catch. According to Lucid, a daily loss limit is "a major deterrent to that activity" and most of it happens on DLL Off accounts, so on-demand payouts are limited to traders who keep the DLL on.
That makes the DLL choice at checkout more than a risk setting. On Lucid Trading's pricing cards the two are now linked: switching On Demand Payouts off switches the DLL off, and the price goes up.
Do existing accounts get it?
Yes. Lucid confirmed on X that the on-demand feature is retroactive to DLL On accounts bought before the change. DLL Off accounts can't be converted: Lucid's help centre says checkout settings can't be changed on an active account, so getting on-demand payouts means buying a new account with the DLL on.

Every evaluation plan with the DLL on qualifies, and LucidDirect qualifies at 50K and above because those sizes come with a fixed DLL. On-demand changes when you can ask, not what you have to earn first: each plan keeps its own payout objectives.
| Plan | On-demand with | Before each payout | Payout size (50K example) |
|---|---|---|---|
| LucidPro | DLL On | 40% consistency, minimum profit goal ($500 on 50K), profit above the buffer | $500 minimum; up to $2,000 on the first payout, $2,500 after |
| LucidFlex | DLL On | 5 days with at least $150 profit on 50K, positive net profit in the cycle; no consistency rule, no buffer | $500 minimum; 50% of profit up to $2,000; live after 5 payouts |
| LucidDaily | DLL On | Profit above the buffer, positive net profit since the last payout; no consistency rule | $500 minimum; up to all profit above the buffer; several requests per session |
| LucidDirect | 50K, 100K, 150K (DLL set by size) | 20% consistency, profit goal ($3,000 for the first payout on 50K, $2,500 after) | $500 minimum; up to $2,000 on payouts 1 to 3 |
The buffer matters more mid-session
On LucidPro and LucidDaily, the buffer is the initial Max Loss Limit plus $100 ($52,100 on a 50K account), and you can't withdraw from it. Lucid's help centre warns that a trade taken after you submit a request, before it's processed, can drop the balance into the buffer and get the request denied. LucidFlex has no buffer, but its Max Loss Limit locks once you request a payout. If you request mid-session and keep trading, you're working with those limits in play.
LucidDaily: several requests in one session
LucidDaily never had a fixed payout cap per request: the maximum is the profit built above the buffer, and reaching the plan's maximum daily sim profit ($8,000 on 50K) moves the trader to a live account. With on-demand, Lucid says LucidDaily accounts "can submit more than one eligible payout request in a single session", each one still needing at least $1 of net profit since the previous payout and a $500 minimum.
Lucid Trading isn't on our on-chain payout tracker, so we can't show verified payout totals for the firm. For the full rulebook of each plan, see our Lucid Trading account types guide.
What else changed: 40% consistency and new prices

LucidFlex and LucidDaily evaluations now start at 40% consistency, with 50% as a paid add-on.
The on-demand launch came with a reworked price list. Lucid's CEO said pricing "will rebalance as new configurations roll out" and that prices will be tuned as data comes in, so expect these figures to move.
40% consistency is now standard on LucidFlex and LucidDaily
The LucidFlex and LucidDaily evaluations now default to a 40% consistency rule: your largest winning day can be at most 40% of your total evaluation profit. Until this change both evaluations used 50%. The 50% rule is still available as a checkout add-on for a fee; Lucid says it lets you pass in as few as 2 days. Funded LucidFlex and LucidDaily accounts still have no consistency rule, and LucidPro's evaluation has none either.
DLL On got cheaper, some DLL Off accounts got pricier
The cards now show lower list prices, with the DLL Off choice and the 50% consistency add-on priced on top. Lucid flagged one exception in advance: "50k Flex DLL Off is getting a meaningful price increase", because traders had split evenly between 50K Flex DLL On and DLL Off. Here's what the 50K cards showed with the coupon on 15 October and on 19 October (both days included a Lucid promotion):
| 50K account | 15 October | 19 October, 40% consistency | 19 October, 50% consistency |
|---|---|---|---|
| LucidFlex, DLL On | $90.20 | $69 | $77.40 |
| LucidFlex, DLL Off | $105.20 | $115.50 | $130.20 |
| LucidPro, DLL On | $115.40 | $103.20 (no consistency option) | |
| LucidPro, DLL Off | $140.40 | $150.50 (no consistency option) | |
| LucidDaily EOD, DLL On | $95.20 | $73.20 | $81.60 |
| LucidDaily EOD, DLL Off | $125.20 | $115.50 | $130.20 |
On 15 October the LucidFlex and LucidDaily evaluations used the 50% rule, so the like-for-like comparison is the right-hand column. LucidDirect prices didn't change.
How much does each Lucid account cost with code CRITIC?

50K prices with code CRITIC on 19 October 2026. DLL On accounts are 40% off list until 23 October, 5 PM ET.
Every price below is Lucid's list price first, then the price with code CRITIC, read from each configuration of the pricing cards on 19 October 2026. CRITIC doesn't stack on top of Lucid's promotion: it matches the best available offer, which until 23 October at 5 PM ET is 40% off list on DLL On accounts. After that, code CRITIC at Lucid Trading still gets you the best offer running, and our prop firm offers page shows the current one. DLL Off accounts and the 50% consistency add-on cost extra, so the discount on those is smaller than 40% against the list price.

What's next: a plan builder and an end-of-day funded LucidDaily
Lucid presented on-demand payouts as one step in a larger roadmap. In the 17 October announcement, the CEO described the firm's rules as "levers a firm gets to pull to balance sustainability" and said the next phase is handing those levers to traders through a fully customizable plan builder: fewer rules for a higher price, or the cheapest plan with more rules.
- More configurations: features will roll out over the coming weeks, each one priced from how it changes the data.
- Price tuning: Lucid says it will keep adjusting prices to keep each configuration "sustainable and competitive".
- End-of-day funded LucidDaily: confirmed for before Thanksgiving. Today every funded LucidDaily account uses an intraday drawdown.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Right Now Money at Lucid Trading?
Right Now Money is Lucid Trading's name for on-demand payouts. Funded accounts with the daily loss limit on can request a payout during the session as soon as all payout objectives are met, instead of after the session closes.
Do existing Lucid accounts get on-demand payouts?
Yes, if they were bought with the DLL on. Lucid made the feature retroactive to existing DLL On accounts. DLL Off accounts can't be switched; you would need a new account with the DLL on.
Can I get on-demand payouts with the DLL off?
No. DLL Off accounts and the 25K LucidDirect keep the regular end-of-day payout schedule. Lucid limits on-demand payouts to DLL On accounts because, it says, the daily loss limit deters hedging and group trading.
Does on-demand mean Lucid pays instantly?
No. It changes when you can submit a request. Approved payouts are deducted from the account within minutes and reach your payment method within 2 business days, and all payout rules (minimum $500, buffer, consistency, profit goals) still apply.
How many payouts can I request per session on LucidDaily?
More than one. Lucid says LucidDaily accounts can submit several eligible requests in a single session, each needing at least $500 and some net profit since the previous payout.
Does code CRITIC work with the 40% off promotion?
Yes. CRITIC doesn't add to Lucid's promotion; it matches the best available offer, which is 40% off list on DLL On accounts until 23 October 2026 at 5 PM ET. After that, CRITIC gets you whatever Lucid's best offer is at the time.
