You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to use the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you will use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Capital Critic is an independent, informational website that compares and reviews proprietary trading (“prop”) firms. We aggregate publicly available ratings and track on-chain payout data to help traders make more informed decisions. The Site is provided for general information only.

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to trade with any firm or to buy any product. Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors — you can lose more than your initial outlay. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and you should do your own research and seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

Prop firm evaluations carry their own risks. Evaluation or challenge fees are typically non-refundable, and there is no guaranteethat you will pass an evaluation, receive a funded account, or be paid — that depends entirely on the firm and on your own trading. Read each firm’s own rules and terms carefully before you pay.

Firm ratings are aggregated from publicly available scores on TrustPilot and Prop Firm Match, are updated periodically, and reflect those sources rather than the opinion of Capital Critic. Our on-chain payout figures are a verified floor— they capture only payouts settled through RisePay or direct on-chain wallet transfers and exclude payouts we cannot see on-chain, so a firm’s real total may be higher. Firm rules, pricing and offers change frequently. We work to keep information accurate but make no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you sign up with a firm through one, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never affects our ratings, rankings or the order in which firms appear — we do not offer pay-to-rank placement.

The Site links to third-party firms and sources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, services or practices. Any dealings you have with a prop firm — including purchases, challenges and payouts — are solely between you and that firm.

The Site and its original content, features and branding are owned by Capital Critic / Adsroit Consulting and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site — including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated scraping in a way that burdens our infrastructure, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Some features let you create an account. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential — any activity under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe has breached these Terms or been used unlawfully.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital Critic and Adsroit Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information on the Site or from your dealings with any firm.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Capital Critic and Adsroit Consulting to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed fifty US dollars (USD $50).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capital Critic, Adsroit Consulting and their respective officers, employees and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Site unlawfully. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive any termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
