The Lucid Trading Prop Pass is a free, season-based rewards system built into the Lucid dashboard. You earn Aura by completing challenges tied to your real trading, and Aura moves you up a 100-level season track. Each level unlocks a reward: cosmetics for your public Trader Card, Lupees and Clout (the pass's two currencies), cases that can hold discount codes or free accounts, and dashboard themes.
Only 21 of the 100 levels are free. The other 79 sit behind a Premium Pass that costs 10,000 Lupees, which is the same amount Lucid Trading gives you for setting a nickname. Joining the pass costs nothing. The cheapest way to start earning Aura is a LucidFlex 25K evaluation with the daily loss limit on: $89 at list, or $50.30 with code CRITIC.
We went through every tab of the Prop Pass on our own account, CapitalCriticai, without buying anything. Here is what's inside.
What Is the Lucid Trading Prop Pass?
The Prop Pass is Lucid Trading's version of a video-game battle pass. It's the first item in the dashboard's left menu, under the tagline "Be the trader you wish to see in the world," and it splits into eight tabs: Prop Pass, Cases & Inventory, Marketplace, Cert Skins, Themes, Trader Card, Achievements and Promos.
The current season is Season 1: The Genesis. When we checked on 26 September 2026, the countdown showed 97 days left, which puts the end at around 1 January 2027. Lucid's own tip on the page is blunt about the deadline: unclaimed rewards and unfinished challenges end with the season.
The whole system runs on one loop:
- You trade on your Lucid account.
- Your trading completes daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal challenges.
- Challenges pay Aura, and Aura fills your level bar.
- Each level pays out a reward.
- Rewards go on your Trader Card, get opened (cases), or get sold to other traders on the Marketplace.
One detail matters before you chase a challenge: progress is synced twice a day, before the market opens and after Globex opens. It isn't real-time, so a trade you close this afternoon won't show up in your Aura until the next sync.
How Much Does It Cost to Start the Lucid Trading Prop Pass?
The Prop Pass itself is free. Every Lucid Trading dashboard has it, and the Premium Pass that unlocks the other 79 levels costs 10,000 Lupees or 10,000 Clout (the two convert 1:1). Lucid pays you exactly 10,000 Lupees for setting your nickname, so the premium track costs you nothing either.
What does cost money is an account to trade on, because Aura only comes from trading. Every evaluation completes the daily, weekly and monthly challenges. The "Pass a LucidPRO, FLEX or DAILY evaluation phase" challenge needs an evaluation, so a LucidDirect account can't earn that one.

Start Here: Building Your Trader Card
The Trader Card is your public profile inside Lucid Trading. It's what other traders see next to your name on the leaderboards and on any item you list on the Marketplace. It's also where most Prop Pass rewards end up, so it's the best place to start.
The first step is your nickname: 2–16 characters, unique, and changeable three times in any rolling 30 days. Setting it completes the one-time "Set your nickname" task, which pays 10,000 Lupees, enough for the Premium Pass. We set ours to CapitalCriticai.
The Customize panel has ten sections:
- Picture: 50 avatars, from Common to Mythic. The humour comes from trading memes: Wojaks, frogs, a Chad, a Boomer and a Zoomer. The three Mythic avatars are Waifu, Smiley and Millionaire.
- Banner, Frame and Font: 28 banners, 25 frames and 16 username fonts. The default font is always free.
- Badges: up to three stat badges from your real sim or live numbers, such as total payouts, win rate, longest win streak or best trade.
- Certificates: a "hall of fame" for your passed evaluations and payout certificates.
- Title: 111 titles across six rarities, from "Stop Loss Respecter" and "Stuck in Sim" to "Aura Farmer" and "GOAT." Some are earned in challenges; others are secret.
- Quote: a line under your name. Quotes only come from cases.
- Loadouts: three slots that save a full combination of card items so you can switch between them.
Every account starts with one item per category: the Lucid Orb avatar, the default banner, frame and font, and no title. Everything else has to be earned through the season track, Aura Farm challenges or achievements, pulled from a case, or bought from another trader. Changes only go live when you press Save.
What Is Aura and How Does Aura Farming Work?
Aura is the XP of the Prop Pass. It fills your level bar, and Lucid Trading says plainly that challenges are the only way to earn it. You can't buy Aura, and you can't trade it on the Marketplace. The challenges sit in the Aura Farm under the season track and are tied to your real trading on your Lucid accounts.
There are four tiers, each with its own reset. These are the challenges live on our dashboard on 26 September 2026:

For scale, reaching level 100 takes 50,000 Aura in total, and the seasonal challenges alone are worth 38,000.
Two things to know before you start farming. First, progress syncs twice a day, before the market opens and after Globex opens, so Aura never updates in real time. Second, the challenge list rotates. The Achievements tab mentions challenges that weren't on our list, such as "Trade at least one micro contract," "Average winner at least 2x your average loser" and "Pass the consistency check: no single day over 50% of your weekly profit." Check the Aura Farm every day rather than assuming last week's list still applies.
The Season Track: 100 Levels, Free vs Premium
The season track is the horizontal road at the top of the Prop Pass tab. Season 1 has 100 levels, each needing more Aura than the last. Level 2 unlocks at 67 Aura, level 10 at 690, level 50 at 7,255 and level 100 at 50,000. The curve is back-loaded: the first 50 levels together need about 7,300 Aura, and the last 50 need about 42,700 more.
Each level carries one reward, and the track is split in two:
- 21 free levels: mostly cosmetics. That's frames, banners, a cert skin, a font, three titles and two quotes, plus 500 Clout at level 13 and three Clout Cases at levels 75, 96 and 98.
- 79 premium levels: everything with real value. That covers Lupees drops (from 100 at level 3), eight Clout Cases, three Charity Cases (the discount-only case), eight dashboard themes, and a Case of Curiosities at level 100.
The Premium Pass unlocks all 79 at once for the whole season, and Lucid's tip says it only needs to be bought once. Given that the nickname task pays the full 10,000 Lupees it costs, there's no reason to play the free track alone.
The rewards are self-aware. Level 11 is a quote reading "Did we rug yet?", level 14 is the "Chud" title, and level 58 is an "Island Boys" certificate skin. Level 51's quote, "Who wants to see my feet?", is credited to Lucid's founder (the "AJ" whose signature is on the certificate skins).
One rule matters more than any reward: unclaimed rewards and unfinished challenges end with the season. If you reach a level, claim it before the timer runs out.
Lupees and Clout: Lucid's Two Currencies Explained
The Prop Pass runs on two currencies, and both balances sit in the wallet at the top right of every Prop Pass tab.
Lupees are the main currency. You earn them from the one-time nickname task (10,000) and from Lupees drops on the premium track. You spend them on:
- The Premium Pass (10,000)
- Charity Cases (15,000), Cases of Curiosities (50,000) and Cracked Cases (100,000)
- Anything on the Marketplace, where every listing is priced in Lupees. An offer you send holds its Lupees until the seller answers or you withdraw it.
Clout is the second currency. It comes from Clout rewards on the season track (500 at the free level 13, more on the premium track). Its main use is the Clout Case at 1,000 Clout, and it can also pay for the Premium Pass.
You can turn Lupees into Clout at 1:1, but only one way. Clout can never go back into Lupees, so convert only what you plan to spend on Clout Cases.
The wallet also has a greyed-out "Buy more" button marked "Coming soon." Its tooltip reads "Lupees purchases are not open yet." So today you can only earn Lupees by trading and levelling, but Lucid Trading plans to sell them. Once it does, every case, Premium Pass and Marketplace listing will have a price in real money.
Lucid Trading Cases: Clout, Charity, Cracked and Curiosities
Cases are the Prop Pass's loot boxes. They live in the Cases & Inventory tab, and Lucid Trading's own tip sums them up: each case "holds a different pool: cosmetics, discounts, free accounts, or a mix." You can buy a case with currency or open one you've already earned from the season track.
There are four cases:

The Charity Case and the Cracked Case are the ones that matter to your wallet. The Charity Case is the only case that holds nothing but discount codes, and the premium track gives you three of them (levels 5, 50 and 95). The Cracked Case is the only route to a free evaluation, but at 100,000 Lupees it costs ten times what the nickname task pays. Most traders will have to sell items on the Marketplace to afford one.
What the tab doesn't show is the odds. Each case has a "Show drop table" button, but the panel that opens is a wall of question marks: the items and their drop rates stay hidden. You know which pool a case pulls from, but not what you're likely to get.
Two other features sit on this tab. A "Have a secret key?" box unlocks a case with a code; Lucid hasn't said where keys come from. And the Inventory below it collects everything you win, which Lucid describes as "cosmetics, sealed prizes, codes and discounts." The discount codes in your inventory are the same ones other traders sell on the Marketplace.
The Prop Pass Marketplace: Trading Skins and Discount Codes
The Marketplace is a player-to-player market inside the Lucid Trading dashboard, and everything on it is priced in Lupees. It has four sub-tabs:
- Browse Market: items other traders have listed. You can buy at the asking price or send an offer below it.
- Sell an Item: pick something from your inventory and set a price.
- My Listings: change or withdraw what you've listed.
- Offers: offers on your listings wait here for an answer. Offers you send hold their Lupees until they're answered or withdrawn.
You can filter by avatars, titles, cert skins, themes, banners, quotes, frames, fonts and discounts. Most cosmetics we saw were listed between 1,000 and 5,000 Lupees, such as a Chad avatar for 5,000 and a Kevlar banner for 1,052.
The Discounts filter is where it gets interesting. Discount codes won from cases can be resold, and on 26 September there were 15 listed, with rarity rising with the size of the discount:
- 45% off a 150K Daily Intraday (Common): 17,500 Lupees
- 45% off a 100K Pro (Common): 30,000
- 55% off a 25K Flex, no DLL (Uncommon): 30,000
- 60% off a 50K Flex (Rare): 50,000
- 75% off a 100K Daily Intraday (Epic): 106,000
- 70% off a 25K Flex, no DLL (Epic): 100,000 from one seller, 250,000 from another
- 80% off a 25K Direct (Legendary): 85,000
That same 70% code listed at both 100,000 and 250,000 shows how new this market is. Prices aren't settled yet.
The numbers also put the Lupee in perspective. The cheapest discount on the market costs 17,500 Lupees, almost double what the nickname task pays. Code CRITIC costs nothing and takes 30% off any plan (40% off LucidDaily). Lucid doesn't say whether a case discount can be combined with a coupon code, so assume one discount per order.
Cert Skins and Dashboard Themes
Two Prop Pass tabs are pure cosmetics, but they change the two things traders share most: payout certificates and dashboard screenshots.
Cert Skins restyle your certificates. Lucid's header on the tab reads "Passed evals, payouts, and live payouts are all here." There are 39 skins across six rarities, and everyone starts with the plain Lucid Classic. The rest are memes printed on an official-looking certificate. The Uncommon "Stonks" skin puts two meme-suit figures and the words "big number good" next to the founder's signature. At the top end are Mythic skins such as "Wojaks" and "Waifu," the level-99 reward on the season track. Each skin shows where it comes from: the Prop Pass, a Clout Case, or the Marketplace.
Themes recolour your whole dashboard. There are 32, from Common ones like Mellow Yellow and Zen Garden to Mythic ones like Purple Haze, Black Monday and Sakura Terminal. Lucid's pitch is honest about what they're for: "Add some style to the next dashboard screenshot you post."
Neither changes your rules, your targets or your payouts. They exist to make a Lucid payout recognisable when it's posted on X or Discord, which makes them free marketing for Lucid Trading every time a trader shares one.
Achievements: 114 Badges, 21 Ladders, 31 Titles
The Achievements tab is where Lucid Trading keeps score over the long run. The header counts 114 badges, 21 ladders and 31 titles, and a Sim/Live toggle tracks the two account types separately. Stats fill in after each sync. Until then the board says: "Nothing on the board yet."
Most achievements are ladders: one stat climbing through six rarities, from Common for your first recorded value to Mythic. Each tier you reach becomes a badge you can show on your Trader Card. For example:
- Days traded: 5, 15, 30, 60, 90
- Win %: 50%, 55%, 60%, 65%, 70%
- Total P&L: $1,000 up to $250,000
- Total payouts ($): $1,000 up to $500,000
- Longest win streak: 3 up to 20
- Eval accounts started: 3, 10, 25, 75, 200
- Most accounts held at once: 2 up to 50
The Leaderboard group pays badges for holding a spot for a full day on four boards: Aura Farmers, Trading Days, Volume and Total P&L. The top tier is #1.
The 31 titles are either earned from challenges or secret. The earned ones mostly reward good habits:
- Sigma: 10 sessions in a row with no rule violation
- Strategist: pass the weekly consistency check
- Financial Genius: average winner at least twice your average loser
- Self Made: move an account to LucidLive
The joke titles cut both ways, though: "Grey Pride" is for starting your first evaluation, and "Cuck" is for blowing an account.
Our Take: Healthy Gamification or a Loot-Box Loop?
We've sat on the firm side of this industry, so we know why a feature like this gets built. It gives traders a reason to log in every day, a profile to care about, and a feed of shareable screenshots. None of that is wrong. The question is what behaviour the system rewards, and the Prop Pass rewards both good habits and bad ones.
What Lucid got right. A big share of the Aura rewards discipline:
- Finishing the day inside your daily loss limit
- Zero rule violations all week
- Ten clean sessions in a row
- Passing the consistency check
Those are the habits that get traders paid, which is also what a healthy firm wants. The rewards don't touch your rules, targets or payouts. And with the nickname task covering the Premium Pass, the whole system costs nothing to use.
What to watch.
- Volume and new-evaluation incentives. Round-turn challenges (10 a day, 25 a week, 1,000 a season), a Volume leaderboard and a daily "finish net positive" task all push you to trade when your plan might say sit out. The ladders for "eval accounts started" (up to 200) and "accounts held at once" (up to 50) reward buying more evaluations, which is the firm's revenue model showing through.
- Cases with hidden odds. Every case has a drop table no one can see. That matters little while Lupees can only be earned. It matters a lot once the "Buy more" button goes live and cases are, in effect, bought with money.
- Season pressure. Unclaimed rewards disappear when the season ends. That's a reason to claim what you've earned, not a reason to force trades in December.
Our verdict. Use the Prop Pass as a scoreboard for habits you should have anyway. Claim the free Premium Pass, farm the discipline challenges, and ignore any challenge that asks for a trade your plan wouldn't take. Never take a position for Aura.
