What did MyForexFunds announce for November 23?

MyForexFunds announced that it will relaunch on November 23, 2026. Until October 12, the homepage showed only a countdown. It now carries the relaunch date, a message from the owner and a page called MyForexFunds Returns with the restoration plan.

Before launch day, the company says it will:

  1. Bring the trader dashboard back online,

  2. Set up its trading servers,

  3. Start issuing accounts to eligible traders whose accounts were affected by the August 29, 2023 freeze,

  4. Present new programs, described as designed to bring "greater freedom and flexibility back to CFD prop trading",

  5. Name the trading platforms, which it says will include "both familiar platforms and new additions",

  6. Introduce "familiar faces" from the original team.

In his message on the site, Owner and CEO Haider Raza writes that the industry has "too many rules, too much complexity, and too many restrictions", and that the next chapter is about "building something simpler, freer and better suited to traders today". The company has not yet said what that means in program terms.

How will MyForexFunds restore accounts frozen in 2023?

MyForexFunds says accounts that were active before August 29, 2023, and that remain active through the Claims Form Process, will be restored to their exact state before the interruption. The company says it has "almost completed" pending rewards and processed verified claims for active, in-profit and evaluation accounts, and is now starting the rollout.

Account typeWhat MyForexFunds says happens
Evaluation accountsResume from the exact phase and equity held on August 29, 2023
Funded accountsRestored at the exact equity held on August 29, 2023
Program rulesTrader chooses: original program rules or the new program structure

The rollout has two stages. Each stage restores 50% of eligible accounts, and accounts are assigned to a stage by a randomizer. Each trader gets an email with their assigned stage and expected release timeline. Stage 1 traders receive dashboard access and trading credentials before launch day, but their accounts stay locked and unlock automatically on November 23.

The claim form matters here. It opened on August 27, 2026, for accounts active at the time of the freeze across the Evaluation, Accelerated and Rapid programs, and closed on September 26, 2026. MyForexFunds said at the time that a submission is used for data collection and reconciliation only and is not a decision on eligibility. Traders who submitted were given a Case ID to follow on the official MFF Case Tracker.

Who owns MyForexFunds now?

MyForexFunds message from owner and CEO Haider Raza

MyForexFunds is owned by Global Solutions Operations FZE, a free zone company in Dubai. It bought the MyForexFunds and MFF trademarks, logos, domain and official social accounts from Traders Global Group Inc., the company that ran MyForexFunds until 2023. The website's terms date the acquisition to August 1, 2026; the deal was announced on September 28.

Two points in the terms matter for traders:

  • Global Solutions says it "has not assumed any of the Traders Global's liabilities or obligations".

  • The discretionary rewards program for traders affected in 2023 remains Traders Global's program. Global Solutions administers it under a services agreement, and all decisions are made at Traders Global's discretion.

The legal case behind the shutdown has largely ended in the company's favor. In August 2023, the Ontario Securities Commission issued a temporary cease trade order and the CFTC sued Traders Global Group and its CEO Murtuza Kazmi, alleging at least $310 million in fees from customers. In May 2025, a New Jersey federal judge dismissed the CFTC case with prejudice and sanctioned the agency, and in July 2025 the court ordered the CFTC to pay more than $3.1 million in legal fees. In Canada, the Ontario Superior Court unfroze most of the company's assets in December 2025.

We covered the sale itself when it was announced: MyForexFunds brand assets sold to a Dubai firm.

What is still unknown before the relaunch?

MyForexFunds two-stage account rollout schedule

Most of what a trader needs to judge a prop firm has not been published yet. As of October 12, MyForexFunds has not announced:

  • Program names, account sizes, profit targets, drawdown rules or profit splits,

  • Prices,

  • Which trading platforms will be available,

  • Who from the original team is returning,

  • How payouts will work under the new owner.

The rollout timing also needs clarifying. The restoration page says the two stages will launch "30 days apart", and in the same table says full restoration "will be complete within 30 days". Traders waiting for a stage 2 account should wait for the email that states their own timeline.

Access is limited by country. The website's terms list excluded countries, including Canada, Russia, Iran, North Korea and Venezuela, and state that MyForexFunds is not registered or licensed with any securities regulator.

A former Director's view

"I spent years inside MyForexFunds, and I know how many traders built their first funded accounts there. A date is a good start. What matters now is the detail: restored accounts paid out on time, and new rules published in full before anyone is asked to pay. We will track every rule MyForexFunds publishes and report it plainly, like we do for every other firm. Best of luck to the old team, I am sure you will bring something amazing to the industry!"
