That is a separate rule, checked once when you pass, and it sets a trading days requirement rather than testing how your profit is spread. If your request does not meet the check it is paused rather than declined. Nothing is removed from your account and no profit is forfeited. The payout releases once further trading brings the balance into range. ## **Your account keeps the rules it was sold under** Accounts purchased before 17 August 2026 continue on their existing terms. No consistency requirement has been applied retrospectively to any account. ## **If no consistency rule applies** You are free to manage your trading activity and position sizing at your own discretion.
