Consistency rule (funded)
40% of total cycle profit on the largest single day, reset after every payout. Accounts purchased or reset before 28 Nov 2025 3:00 PM EST stay on 35%. Drops away at live status.

First payout
Minimum profit goal (25K $250; 50K $500; 100K $750; 150K $1,000), profit above the buffer balance of initial max loss limit + $100 (25K $26,100; 50K $52,100; 100K $103,100; 150K $154,600) and the 40% consistency test; $500 minimum request. The buffer itself cannot be withdrawn.

Weekend holding
No — the session closes 4:45 PM EST Friday and trading resumes 6:00 PM EST Sunday
Overnight holding
No — all positions are auto-closed at 4:45 PM EST Monday to Friday. Holding past the cutoff does not fail the account.
Hedging
Prohibited in every form — long and short the same contract in one or separate accounts, between different users, and across firms. Flagged accounts are reset to the prior day's balance; repeat offences breach all accounts involved.
Copy trading
Permitted — trade copiers are allowed, subject to the HFT and microscalping policies
Expert advisors (EAs)
Permitted — automated trading systems are allowed; the trader carries responsibility for software errors, and HFT remains prohibited
Other restrictions
Microscalping flagged when more than 50% of profits come from trades held 5 seconds or less; HFT prohibited; hedging prohibited across accounts, users and firms; martingaling discouraged. DCA, genuine scalping, flipping and trade copiers are allowed. 30 calendar days without at least $1 of net profit or loss permanently deletes the account; breached evaluations are deleted after 30 days unless reset.
